Because of the exclusive and personal nature of our business, Pick Out Artists require a non-refundable deposit for services in order to hold your spot.
In the case of a cancellation, your deposit will be credited towards a future rescheduled date up to 60 days from your original scheduled date. In the case of a cancellation without a rescheduled date, your deposit will be your total obligation to Pick Out Artists.
Three cancellations in a row will prohibit us from working with you.
All cancellations must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance or your total contract price will be due and payable. Should we be able to fill your scheduled time and date slot with another client, then you will only be responsible for your deposit as outlined above.
